RainSong has won the 2009 Native American Music Award in the "Best Spoken Word Recording" catagory for their CD "The Great Story from the Sacred Book"!
The 11th annual award ceremony was held in Niagara Falls New York at the Seneca Casino on October 3 2009.
RainSong had been nominated for 2 catagories, "Best Gospel Recording" and "Best Spoken Word Recording".
Public voting is now available for the Native American Music awards. The public vote counts as 35% of the vote. Advisory board members votes count for 65% of the vote. So please cast your vote.

We are blessed to announce that RainSong's "The Great Story from the Sacred Book" has been nominated for two Native American Music Awards: Best Gospel/Inspirational Recording and Best Spoken Word Recording.
This CD is a condensed narrative of the Bible story from Creation to Christ retold in a First Nations Storytelling way. We released this in September of 2008.

Today is our 95th day on the road! We are writing you from Flagstaff Arizona sitting in the parking lot of "The Journey" a church we shared at about a month ago. Our friends there have been wonderfully hospitable to let us stay there in our RV for the past week.
