Profound truth

Posted Yesterday, 12:00 by Jim Bramlett on Prophetic

Saying…
“God became a man,so we could become like Him!”
Scripture:  “…we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is” (1 John 3:2).

Does this blow your mind?!!!  It is all a demonstration of God’s immeasurable love and grace.  This truth makes us want to love and follow Him even more, not because of religion but because of reality.

Dear %%firstname%%,
This in from Leslie yesterday I was working.

Hi Arlene,

I talked to my brother tonight.  Bob’s family has elected to remove life support either Friday nightor Saturday morning.  Apparently he had a stroke on both sides of his brain.  My brother had some time with Bob alone and said that he did open his eyes but other than that he was unresponsive.  If he continues breathing on his own, he will be placed under hospice care.

Thank you for all your prayers

God Bless

The Daily Walk
“The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.”
PSALM 34:18,19
We must learn sooner rather than later that discipleship is a process of tearing down in order to build up. We cannot expect to have a single mountaintop experience with the Lord and then assume from henceforth the work of the Cross...

All Hallows Eve

All
Hallows Eve

As Americans prepare for costumed children descending upon their homes seeking candy, some around the world are instead celebrating a Christian holiday called “All Hallows Eve."
This is a day for remembering the saints and martyrs who have gone before us.

Many Christians have been persecuted, or have died, due to holding on to their Christian faith, in spite of knowing the likely consequences.
In Acts 7:59 we read about Stephen, the first Christian martyr, "They went on...

The pastor whose book “Blood Moons” explains the biblical links between cosmic phenomena such as eclipses and events on Earth, told a live, TV studio audience the current series of lunar alignments ending in 2015 is not a coincidence but a sign from God.
The next event in what is known as a “Blood Moons tetrad,” a series of four blood moons occurring in 2014 and 2014 on biblical holy days, will be Oct. 8.
What will happen when the current string...

Proverbs 2

King Solomon wants his son to experience great success as a king, so he gives him nine conditions for success.
1. If you receive my words
Read the Word of God. Be open to His instruction. Do not be a forgetful hearer as in James 1:25.

2. If you hide my commandments
Psalm 119:11, “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” Memorize the Word on a daily basis.

3. If you incline thine ear unto wisdom
Pay close...

Receiving The Benefits

Receiving the Benefits
“But the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, gentleness, self-control against such there is no law.” [Galatians 5:22]
There’s a reason that self-control is last on the list of benefits of living by the Spirit and not the flesh.  The flesh always works in the self-defense mode - always quick fix - gotta have it now - gotta have it my way.  There are always those around who will either fight or take advantage of...
