8/28/05. I sensed God wished to convey something to me. This is what I recorded: "This is the time of "refreshing" much like a computer browser. The information is resent, and it may contain new information or it may restate what has already been sent. The "key" is encrypted, and can only be decrypted by those who have that ability. The time of restitution is at hand. Prepare thee the way of the Lord! He, who once rode upon a donkey, now sits upon a throne. Honor His presence, when He makes His presence known. I will not tolerate insubordination. All must bow down and honor the presence of the Lord of Hosts. This is the time of restoration. I am about to do a great thing! Behold, all things shall become new! This is the time of restoration!" Interpretation: Applicable Scripture; Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, until the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began. (Act 3:19-21) Key Word; Restitution: Thayer Greek Definitions (G605). Restoration of 1a) of a true theocracy. If you have email and see you have no mail in your inbox, you may have hit the "refresh" button on the toolbar a couple of times before you logged out of your email account, to see if any more mail may come into your inbox. Or, what is the same, clicking the inbox button. The screen may not change at all, or new mail may appear in your inbox. This means new information has been sent to you. This is similar to what God is saying to us, if we keep in tune with Him, we shall find not only refreshing in Him, but revelation to guide us as we follow Him. They are one and the same. The time of restitution or restoration has an almost an interchangeable meaning. It is the "reconstruction" of the constitution, or restoring a proper relationship of God to man, and man to God. In this instance of a true theocracy, God in his proper position, and man to his position in regard to God, He will no longer tolerate a disorder of this alignment. This is especially true in regard to His church. We must all take our proper position as it has been assigned to us. Pride has absolutely no place in His kingdom. We must bow, and behold the King as He begins to move in the earth. This is first and foremost a warning to the church, and then secondly a blessing to the church. If we humbly do the first, all things shall become new! What an absolute loving God we serve! He is good all the time! But the perspective that we should try to obtain is not to receive a blessing, but to be a blessing to others. This is the attitude the church must take to keep in step of the Father as He moves and shows His face upon the earth.
