April 3, 2010.  When my wife and I were having lunch today with lifelong friends, we found ourselves ignited in laughter with graphic stories from our past together.  All four of us remarked in leaving, "We have to do this again and soon!"  Bev and I felt such a peace as we remembered the joy and laughter from years of ministry together.  A merry heart doeth good like a medicine is still true for today.  I find myself laughing more in these years of my life than any other.  It is a supreme blessing.  The Lord would say today, Let you joy and laughter be heard.  From your heart, sing, shout and give Me praise forevermore.

You were in trouble and sought My help.  I pulled you out of that pit and you thanked and praised Me.  You knew full well that it was I who came to your rescue.  You have clear remembrances of that time.  It was a life changing time.  I am the one who gets you out of tight places each time.  At times you have to walk through valleys and are not rescued as quickly because there are some things to learn, but you still eventually get out.  You are building up a stash of remembrances.  Expose and visit them even when now you are not going through as critical a time.
Malachi 3:16-17  "Then those who feared the Lord spoke to one another, and the Lord gave attention and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before Him for those who fear the Lord and who esteem His name.  They will be Mine," says the Lord of hosts, "on the day that I prepare My own possession, and I will spare them as a man spares his own son who serves him."  Bev Robinson
