River Revelations

Spring is coming, itchy, watery eyes, sniffling noses, spring-- ah spring.

Spring is coming, crocuses, daffodils, and tulips are stretching forth out of their earthy womb reaching out for the light and warmth of the sun.

Beads of promise appear on every tree branch. Flowery buds announcing that soon they will be bursting forth with provision of sweet treats to eat.

Birds are nesting life is resting on every bough and branch, squirrels running scurrying to retrieve nuts stashed away last fall.

Spring this is the time to celebrate the resurrection of our King; time to renew our commitment, time to reaffirm our beliefs. This is the time to reflect on all creation, and to communion with our Creator.

Renewal, revival, regeneration, yes spring --jump--leap for the new season ahead bringing life, love and joy back to the earth.

Spring is here!

Isaiah 61:11  For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.
