Bring 2 Cans of Soup

This Saturday morning at 9:30am

We will use them for light weight training during the exercise class

and then donate the soup to the food pantry!

Good and healthy for everone involved!

You detirmine your own pace and intensity-

Bring small cans- like tomatoe paste- if you have arthritis in your hands.

Bring large cans if you want a heavier workout.
