OKAY, I admit it, I like McDonald’s … SUPERSIZE me!!


Many people think that I am some self-righteous health saint.

Here is my back ground and my Confession of SIN.  

I was raised on JUNK fast food, Foster’s Freeze was my

choice in grammar school, my Mom work at FF,

Jr. and high school I got into Jack in the BOX,

Taco Bell and of course McDonald’s and all of

them were at the four corners where I lived!!


I was so fat that my friend asked me if I was pregnant!!


The only way I lost weight was by playing Football

BUT I learned how to eat pizza and drink beer in H/S.


Burger King became my next step up, the flame cooking

seemed healthier and they started to promote as such.

Guess what!! I eat at Burger King in Thailand once a

month!! They make the best Veggie Burgers on the planet

and BK does not make them in America the way they do

in Thailand.



After being in Thailand for one year, one of my greatest

desires was to EAT at Taco Bell and Melo’s Pizza but

of course vegetarian style.


WHY am I honestly telling you my SINS??


There are many SINS that I like BUT I want to

Live Life to the FULL so I must ask my Creator what is

BEST and How to Live Life to the FULL. SINS are fun

that is mainly why people live a life of sinning but the

End of a Sinful life is death and destruction. SIN just

means we make a daily DECISION not to follow our

Creator’s DESIGN for our lives … it is that simple.

What we DO does not effect God … it only makes HIM

Sad if we choose not to OBEY Him.


Now the great DEBATE, should we live according

to God’s original design in Genesis 1:27-31??


Does God call us to be Good Stewards of His

Temple our Earthly Bodies??


The Majority of Christians today get the Plagues/

the Judgment Diseases that God said would

happen if people did not obey Him.


Many Christians are being healed by God!!

They just obey His Biblical Health Laws.



Please don’t debate with God on your Health,

try His Health principles and you will see amazing

results and it is so simple.


That is why at the AGE of 44 I can workout with

guys in their 20’s and still make a strong stand.


What is the OPTION??

Doctors, Medicines, Drugs that only deal with the

Symptoms and never deal with the CAUSE??!!


Allow me to END where I STARTED:

I LOVE Ketchup so try this DIVINE food!!


“Rhonda’s Raw Ketchup”


1 cup tomatoes (quartered)
½ cup dehydrated tomato flakes (optional)
1 clove garlic (peeled)
¼ inch or less of ginger (peeled) or some ginger powder
10 fresh basil leaves
4 Medjool dates (pitted)
¼ cup Agave Nectar
¼ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
1 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt


Place all ingredients in Vita Mix or other strong blender and puree.

Keeps for about 2-weeks in the refrigerator. ENJOY!





“Rhonda’s Raw Nut Loaf Extraordinaire”

In her Culinary Class this past Friday Evening,

with 31 in attendance (capacity), Rhonda demonstrated and

served this recipe, and it was a huge hit. This is a delicious

recipe that is high in protein, and wonderful served with a nice salad.

(However, it is a recipe a person dealing with cancer would want to

avoid, as high protein foods feed cancer.)


¾ cup walnuts (soaked overnight and drained)
½ cup almonds (soaked overnight and drained)
¾ cup sunflower seeds (soaked overnight and drained)
1 garlic clove (peeled)
¼ cup celery (diced fine)
¼ cup sweet red onion (diced fine)
½ medium sweet red bell pepper (seeded and diced fine)
¼ mildly hot pepper (seeded and diced fine) optional
1/8” piece ginger (peeled and minced fine)
¼ cup fresh parsley (minced)
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary leaves (minced)
½ tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves (minced)
½ teaspoon whole cumin seeds
1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt (to taste) optional


Soak, drain, and set aside soaked nuts and seeds.

Place garlic in food processor with S blade and process until minced find.

Leave garlic in processor, add walnuts, and process until a dough-like

consistency. Empty into a large bowl. Process almonds and sunflower

seeds separately the same way, adding each to the bowl containing the

walnuts and garlic. Next, fold in the prepared vegetables, herbs,

olive oil and seasoning herbs.


Mix all ingredients well (your hands work the best).

Shape into a loaf and let sit at room temperature 4 to 6 hours to

mingle flavors and it is ready to serve. (If you prefer a warm loaf

(not cooked), place mixture on a solid dehydrating sheet, shape into a

1½ inches high loaf, and dehydrate at 100 degrees 3-4 hours before serving.)



***Suggestion – Last week’s Raw Ketchup recipe can be used to top this

raw nut loaf for an additional taste treat, or the ketchup can be placed

on top of the loaf in the dehydrator an hour or so before serving.

Thailand as a whole claims 1% Christian, 4% Muslim & 95% Buddhist, in Southern Thailand where we were they claim 405,000 people, 0% Christian, 40% Muslim & 60% Buddhist and in Ao Nang there is no Christian ministry or Church.
