Dear River Church Family and Friends,
This past Sunday we were blessed with an encouraging word by Apostle Steve.  One of the points in his message was that everyone needs to put a plan together which has various goals.  He challenged us to think about what you want to be doing in 6 months? or a year? or 5 years from now?  I want to encourage everyone reading this to follow through by setting up personal goals that you are confident that you can reach.   I want to challenge you to set some goals that would be on your wish list, things that you would consider unattainable or unreasonable.  Never stop dreaming big, especially when we have a BIG God who wants to bless you.
Take some time to think back over your life.  Think about goals that you wanted to accomplish several years ago, but you have not yet seen them attained.  You may feel as though you hit a wall or maybe took a wrong turn in life.  Maybe you feel you could never go back to accomplish some of your goals.  Life has a unique way of changing from week to week or even day to day  One day you may have a list of "to do's" or a "bucket list", but something comes across your path and changes your life.  Your goals are never accomplished.  I feel it is time for the Church to start dreaming again with God.  This Sunday I am going to speak on breaking through to the other side.  If you feel like maybe you have hit that wall or are at that dead end and not sure where to turn, this message will be for you.  It is time for you to break through the walls and advance to another level with God and accomplish those goals through Christ.  At the end of the service, we will be praying for everyone that wants to break through to another level with Christ.
Pastor Erick Driessen
